A Greek butcher shop (Butchershop) is a specialist meat retailer selling fresh cuts of beef, pork, lamb, goat, and poultry, often butchered and prepared to order. Many are family-run neighborhood businesses that also make traditional Greek products in-house, such as loukaniko (sausage) and bifteki, and offer advice on cuts for classic dishes like kokkinisto or souvlaki.
